Your internal hunger, power, energy, and determination will tune out the INTERNAL CRITIC and the external critics. THE HUMAN SPIRIT IS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL THINGS ON THE PLANET.

Focus on you and how you can serve everyday. Consistently.

Say, “I love YOU, this is my day, I am courageous, I am always loved and supported,” to yourself everyday. Consistently.

I want the voice you listen to be one of faith…you have faith in yourself, you trust yourself, you trust the universe.

You allow each step to lead to another step, to another etc.

The person that may be breathing down your neck, judging you, doubting you…this is you.  This is your fear attempting to pull you back to what is “safe.” You may be tempted to let uncertainty wrestle with your soul, when what is real is that you are afraid of staying the same, not of the new.
